14c Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 14c platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any of 14c's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to fully comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you are not permitted to use our platform in any capacity.
These terms form a binding agreement between you as the user and 14c as the service provider. The platform is only for individuals aged 18 or older who are legally eligible to participate in betting activities in Malaysia. Users under the legal age must leave the platform immediately.
14c reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately once published on the platform. It is your responsibility to check the terms regularly to ensure compliance with the current version in effect.
2 Account Creation & Security
Each user is allowed only one active account on the 14c platform. Registration requires truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure and cancellation of related transactions.
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account secure. Any activity on your account is your responsibility, including actions by others if you fail to protect your login details. 14c is not liable for losses due to unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
- Use a strong, unique password for your 14c account.
- Do not share your login details with anyone else.
- Contact customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared devices.
3 Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
Users agree to use the 14c platform only for lawful purposes under applicable Malaysian laws. Each user is responsible for ensuring their participation in betting activities is voluntary and within their financial means.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, fund freezing, and legal action as appropriate:
- Using unauthorized automated software, bots, or tools to interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform’s security systems.
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions dishonestly.
- Using another person’s account or allowing others to use your account.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or fraudulent activity.
- Sharing or distributing illegal content through our platform.
14c reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and take appropriate action, including reporting to relevant Malaysian authorities.
4 Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 14c platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Our platform supports popular local payment methods including FPX bank transfers, Touch ’n Go eWallet, and other online banking options available to Malaysian users.
Users are responsible for ensuring all deposited funds come from legal and lawful sources. 14c reserves the right to request identity verification or proof of fund sources before processing any withdrawals, especially for high-value transactions or unusual activity.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the current platform policy and may change from time to time.
- Withdrawal processing time depends on the chosen payment method and internal verification procedures.
- Any bonuses or promotional credits are subject to separate and specific wagering requirements.
- 14c is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by third-party financial service providers.
- Suspected fraudulent transactions will be investigated and may be temporarily frozen while the investigation is ongoing.
5 Liability Limits, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
14c shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, data loss, or betting outcomes. 14c's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
14c reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice under the following circumstances: violation of terms, suspected fraud, activities threatening platform security, or upon request of authorized authorities. Funds in accounts closed due to proven fraud or serious violations may be forfeited following established procedures.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, and materials on the 14c platform are the exclusive property of 14c or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of the content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 14c management.
Third-Party Links
The 14c platform may contain links to third-party websites. 14c is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
6 Changes to Terms & Governing Law
14c reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform, and it is the user’s responsibility to review this document regularly.
Continued use of the platform after changes are published is considered your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account by contacting 14c Customer Support.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved under applicable Malaysian legal processes, and users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be reinterpreted as necessary, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force without interruption.
